1. Purpose of the Platform

MIGHTY KINDNESS COMMUNITY is a community-driven platform designed to promote meaningful connections, positive interactions, and an inclusive environment for all users. Our goal is to cultivate kindness, compassion, inclusion and respect among all members.

To maintain a positive environment, members are expected and encouraged to:

  • Do not use violent rhetoric, imagery or threats.  We don’t want to become what we are trying to shift into a kinder way of being together.
  • If you deconstruct something, provide a constructive, empowering action. 
  • Do not call out members but call them up into their highest and best presence within the community.
  • Do not share any content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harm.
  • Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other users.
  • Engage constructively and avoid trolling or disruptive behavior.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious software.
  • No Solicitations.
  • Elicit sexual photos, language or material.
  • Sharing false or misleading information.

5. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you post but grant MIGHTY KINDNESS COMMUNITY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.
  • We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.  We do not collect or use your personal data.  We protect your personal data.

7. Enforcement and Reporting

  • Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
  • If you encounter behavior or content that violates our guidelines, please report it using the platform’s reporting tools or message the System Administrator.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MIGHTY KINDNESS COMMUNITY is not liable for user-generated content or interactions. Users are responsible for their own actions on the platform.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for any damages resulting from outages or errors.
